This thick-bodied haze bomb was mashed with oats and wheat, whirlpooled with Lotus and Comet Hash, then dry-hopped with copious amounts of Belma, Meridian, and Amarillo; fresh strawberry, tropical fruit, citrus, and hard candy throughout with a nuance of pine resin in the background

Originally brewed to commemorate our 5th Anniversary, we produced a stainless sour blond ale and split the batch into wine barrels. V 1/2 Peach rested in Chardonnay barrels, and rested on peaches

This west-coast inspired Double IPA is brewed with all SEVEN VARIEITES from our 2019 hop contracts: Belma, Idaho 7, Amarillo, Zythos, Meridian, Citra Cryo, and Mosaic Cryo. Aggressive but balanced bitterness against an American 2-Row backbone; layers of bitter citrus peel and sticky resin throughout.

“We need to talk about your flair.” Doing just enough to get by, we hit this hazy boi with Eureka! extract in the whirlpool, then dry hopped with a reckless amount of Amarillo and backed that up with a touch of Citra Cryo. Expect layers of dankness and lemon peel with hints of tropical fruit in the background.
