This one hour yoga class is geared for all levels. Instructors, Julie and Kelly, will walk you through a yoga class that will improve your strength, flexibility, and balance. Classes are designed to strengthen the body and heal the mind and soul. Classes are donation based with a suggested donation of $10. No registration required. All levels and ages welcome!
